Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken in a baking dish. Brush generously with garlic butter mixture. Bake for 20–22 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let chicken rest for 5 minutes. Spoon pan juices over top and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
