In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, and beef broth until smooth. Set aside.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Blanch broccoli 1–2 minutes until bright green. Drain and set aside.
Heat neutral oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add sliced beef and sear 2–3 minutes until just browned.
Add garlic and ginger; cook 30 seconds. Add broccoli and pour in sauce. Stir-fry 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens and coats evenly. Finish with sesame oil.
