Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat for 6–7 minutes until beef is browned. Add mushrooms and cook 3 minutes more.
Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute. Sprinkle flour over mixture and stir for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.
